Note:  No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation once it has begun.
When calculating the days prior to sailing, the day of sailing should not be considered as one of the days.  The day of sailing is considered the first day of the cruise, therefore, the penalty period will commence one day prior to the day of sailing.
                     
This cancellation policy applies when reserving with our US Office only. Guests should contact their local Celebrity International Office or Travel Agent for full details of applicable cancellation policies.

If you or anyone traveling with you wishes to cancel your/their cruise or flights, you must immediately give notice to us or your travel agent so that your agent can give us notice of cancellation on your behalf.
The cruise and flights will only be deemed cancelled from the date we actually receive notice of cancellation from you or your travel agent. Insurance premiums and or amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

*In instances where the deposit amount paid is higher than the 25/50/75% of cruise fare cancellation charge, then the highest of the two amounts is payable as the cancellation charge, i.e. the full deposit amount is retained.  

 

 Celebrity Cruises Tipping Guidance

For your convenience, Celebrity automatically adds gratuities for your restaurant and stateroom services to your onboard SeaPass® account on a daily basis in the following amounts, which may be adjusted at your discretion:

- $15.50 per person, per day in standard accommodation
- $16.00 per person, per day in Concierge Class and AquaClass® staterooms
- $19.00 per person, per day in suites

This gratuity is shared by your stateroom attendant, dining services staff, and housekeeping staff members who help enhance your vacation experience. At your discretion, the gratuity payments may be adjusted onboard at Guest Relations, in which case they will not automatically be added to your onboard SeaPass® account. 
A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all beverages, mini bar purchases, spa and salon services. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.

 Celebrity Cruises Bringing Minors

Infants must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruisetour. On some cruises/Cruisetours, infants must be 12 months old.

Camp at Sea is the only fully customizable kids cruise program in the industry. With over 500 activities to participate in, the schedule changes every sailing depending on the interests of the young cruisers. From arts and recreation to science and technology, Camp at Sea covers all types of subjects and hobbies, making sure every kid (no matter their interests), feels entertained and engaged during their family cruise.

Activities are provided for children and teens 3-17. Children must be fully potty trained (no diapers or pull-ups) to participate.
Camp at Sea is open to all children ages 3 to 12, who are potty-trained. The Camp at Sea is open from 9:00am - 10:00pm daily. A Slumber Party from 10:00pm - 1:00am is offered nightly on a sign-up basis.

In-suite babysitting services are available for guests of The Retreat on a first come, first served basis at a nominal fee of $30 per hour. Children must be twelve (12) months old or older to be eligible for in-stateroom babysitting. One (1) parent/legal guardian is required to be on board the vessel while the child is under the supervision of a babysitter. Fees are subject to change without notice.


 

 Celebrity Cruises Pregnancy Policies

Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or Cruisetour. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

 

 Celebrity Cruises Smoking Policies

For your comfort and enjoyment, Celebrity ships are designated as non-smoking; however, Celebrity Cruises recognize that some of the guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator, or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, nor on any stateroom veranda. If you are in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to your SeaPass® account and you may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard

Additionally, there is a non-smoking policy on all components of the land tour portion of all Celebrity Cruises Cruisetour products. Your understanding and adherence is greatly appriciated.
