Cancellations may be made by telephone or in writing. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of guest names will be considered cancellations. For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest's credit card account or through the Guest's Travel Agent if the reservation is made through a Travel Agent. Disney Cruise Line is not responsible for the receipt of refund monies by Guests from their Travel Agents. When applicable, monies are refunded based on exchange rates at the time of cancellation, not the exchange rate at the time of payment. All travel documents including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Certain Travel Agents may withhold an agency cancellation fee. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Vacation Protection Plan. Premiums for the Vacation Protection Plan must be paid by the final payment due date, and the Vacation protection Plan is not effective until final vacation payment is made.

 Disney Cruise Line Tipping Guidance

**Cruise line policies are changed from time to time. The policies listed here are for demonstartion purposes and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Please refer to the cruise line's website for the updated and most current policies.

It is customary to give gratuities in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance aboard the ship. The following amounts are provided as a suggestion, but the gratuity you pay is always at your discretion:

- For three-night sailings, Disney suggests $13.50 for the dining room server, $10.50 for the assistant sever and $13.50 for the stateroom host or hostess.

- On a four-night cruise, suggested amounts are $18 for the dining room server, $14 for the assistant server and $18 for the stateroom host/hostess.

- On a seven-night cruise, suggested amounts are $31.50 for the dining room server, $24.50 for the assistant server and $31.50 for the stateroom host/hostess.

Disney also recommends tipping the dining room head server $3 for a three-night cruise, $4 for a four-night and $7 for a seven-night.

Disney uses the same guidelines for both adults and children. To adjust the amount of your automatic tips or to tip independently, see the Purser's Office. Gratuities can be charged to your stateroom, too. Please note: a 15% gratuity is automatically added to bar, beverage, wine and deck service tabs. All gratuities can be charged to your stateroom folio.

All prices are given in US Dollars.

 Disney Cruise Line Bringing Minors

**Cruise line policies are changed from time to time. The policies listed here are for demonstartion purposes and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Please refer to the cruise line's website for the updated and most current policies.

Group babysitting is available for children 12 weeks to 3 years old at Flounder's Reef Nursery on the Disney Wonder, and at It's a Small World Nursery aboard the Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream and Disney Magic — all located on Deck 5, Midship. There is an hourly fee per child at the nursery - $9 for first child and $8 for second child. Guests may book babysitting times online in advance of embarkation or may sign up their children on embarkation day. The facility is open for select hours every day. Rates and times are subject to change and space is limited.
In room babysitting services are not offered on any of the Disney ships.

Activities: Children's Activity Centers are delightfully themed, supervised play spaces where kids 3 to 12 years of age can watch movies, play games, draw, dine and make new friends.
Teens: Teens can enjoy music, movies, video games and other teen-only activities inside Vibe (ages 14-17). Teens will find big-screen plasma TVs, a lounge area, dance floor and the latest gaming technology. Teens have plenty of freedom on a Disney cruise under the watchful eyes of trained counselors. Teens can see "What's Happening Today" in the Personal Navigator. There are also teen-only excursions on Castaway Cay, Disney's very own private island paradise.
Swimming Pools for kids:  There are 2 Guest pools onboard for kids. The largest, Goofy's Pool, invites families to play together. Mickey's Pool is reserved just for the little ones. There are no lifeguards permanently stationed at the pools, so kids should only swim with parental supervision. Spas near the pools are available for the use of Guests over 16 years of age only.
Important Information About Swim Diapers\u2028: The United States Public Health Service requires that only children who are toilet trained are permitted to enter swimming pools and spas aboard cruise ships.

Children who are not toilet trained are welcome to enjoy Nemo's Reef and Mickey's Splash Zone, where they must wear swim diapers. Please note, swim diapers are not permitted in the pools, the hot tubs or spas, the AquaDuck and the AquaLab.

Infants under 12 weeks old are not allowed to travel aboard Disney Cruise Line ships. The minimum age to sail aboard Disney Cruise Line ships is 6 months of age on most itineraries, and the minimum age for Transatlantic, Hawaii, and Panama Canal itineraries is 1 year of age.

For the comfort and enjoyment of our Guests, Disney Cruise Line ships have been primarily designated as non-smoking ships. However, it is recognized that some Guests smoke. To provide an onboard atmosphere that also satisfies smokers, portions of open-air decks on each ship are designated as smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited in Guest staterooms and private verandahs. Guests who are found smoking in their staterooms or on their verandahs will be charged $250, which will be added to their folio. All Guests must observe the nonsmoking areas and refrain from smoking pipes and/or cigars in any of the public areas. These requests are to provide a comfortable shipboard living atmosphere for everyone.
