Seabourn Venture
Seabourn's ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship Seabourn Venture, paying tribute to the remote destinations visited by the brand's highly successful expedition and Ventures by Seabourn excursion programs and the fascinating places yet to be explored in the future. Ship will be designed and built for diverse environments to PC6 Polar Class standards and will include a plethora of modern hardware and technology that will extend the ships global deployment and capabilities. The new ship, which is being built by T. Mariotti, will be a brand new innovative design, created specifically for the ultra-luxury expedition traveler, and will include many features that have made Seabourn ships so successful.
Silver Cloud Expedition
After an extensive refurbishment, your favorite ship will be the\nmost luxurious ice class vessel in expedition cruising. Her service and\nspace ratios will be the highest in expedition cruising. And she’ll\nboast more dining options than any other ice-class ship to the White\nContinent. Along with panoramic public rooms and broad, sweeping decks,\nalmost all suites will include verandas so that a breaching whale or a\nfew cavorting penguins are always within sight. With her ice-strengthened hull, she will easily maneuver through the\nice flows. Her limited capacity is only at 260 guests to a maximum of 200\nin polar waters. That’s important, since crowds reduce the number of\nlandings permitted in these fragile environments. And with her 18 new\nstate-of-the-art Zodiacs, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for\nexploring the wonders ashore.
Silver Dawn
Silver Dawn is both classic yet modern, she is the natural evolution of the fleet. Silver Explorer
Silversea’s purpose-built Silver Explorer expedition ship (formerly the Prince Albert II) has been designed specifically for navigating waters in some of the world’s most remote destinations, including both of earth’s polar regions. A strengthened hull with a Lloyd’s Register ice-class notation (1A) for passenger vessels enables Silver Explorer to safely push through ice floes with ease.
